It's called Echochrome. By using the rotate camera feature common in many video games, the player can adjust the point of view so that the seemingly impossible becomes possible.

Oh well, all of us can buy Portal(HL2,TF2 with it) instead of a PS3. Many of the same elegant concepts being used here + many more will be in Portal. Can't wait.

this looks like it would annoy the hell out of me if i actually had to play it, and i don't know how you can judge a computer game from a youtube vid.... but then i am just grumpy so you guys carry on. it's a nice clip.
