Whale Shark Says Hello | Get Out of the Way!

Diver and underwater cameraman, Chris Coates, gets a huge surprise when a whale shark swims straight into him during a spearfishing film shoot. Chris manages to get his body out the way just in time, but takes the impact on his lower torso, and then the whale shark’s dorsal fin hits him in the head. Luckily he wasn’t injured (and the shark seems OK too)

Ignore the below, whale sharks don't eat divers..

Ok, it may be because I know Whale Sharks are completely harmless, but I've not laughed as hard as I did at his gurgle screams in a long ass time. This is comedy gold to me.

Newton's 1st Law states getting hit by 4 tons of filter feeder still causes damage.

A filter feeder just like baleen whales. He screamed like a little girl over a big guppy.

True, but there's a big difference between getting hit by 4 tons against a brick wall and getting hit by 4 tons while floating in the ocean. I suspect the only damage is to his ego ... and perhaps to the hygiene level inside his wet suit.
