This is Dutch. The guy is talking so stupid because he is trying to imitate some idiot from our version of Jersey Shore.

He's got a point about the tags. At least include something about a train as to at least slightly ward off potential dupes.

If I were submitting this as a video, I wouldn't think to search for "Wait" for a dupe check.
