WTF? Chinese two year old is hit by a truck, and ignored

Chinese 2 year old is hit by a van and left to die in the street as many people pass by and do nothing. She died later in the hospital, I guess life is even cheaper in China than I would have previously guessed.

Why?! How?! Not suitable for anywhere. Saw a news headline about this earlier, but didn't expect to see a video of this insanely horrible disregard for a childs life. I don't want to hear this has anything to do with it being girl. Gonna go have a drink now.
