Violent Police Attack A Family At Home Over Nothing

TRIGGER WARNING! On April 4, 2020 a 35 year old male woke up from a nap to his house being raided by the police. He walks outside with his hands in the air in attempts to create obvious compliance. He is then tasered and brutalized by a police dog. As of April 8, 2020 he remains hospitalized in Santa Rosa, Ca.

They did not have a search or seizure warrant when the incident occurred because he is on parole for a felony from 9 years ago. He has since graduated college with an AA in sociology. The reason for the home invasion by Sonoma County Sheriffs was a call from an unreliable informant that claimed he had a weapon. The informant later became uncooperative with the police. The victim was taking nap when this incident occurred. The property was searched and nothing was found. The dog bite victim is currently facing charges for "resisting arrest."

This information was obtained via in person interview with the wife of the victim (woman standing in front of him)

That family is going to sue for tens of millions, if I was on the jury they'd get it.

2 things:

1. Looks like a 600,000$ pay day coming soon to this family thanks to the cops of Santa Rosa, Ca..

2nd. This is why you don't want to let liberals fuck with the 2nd Amendment.

Um....really, someone home invaded your mom and threatened your wife and you waited all day to report any of it? That call was suspicious as hell. No surprise he's now being uncooperative, any true victim would press charges.

Typically, their release claims the suspect was cursing and challenging the deputies to a fight in an aggressive posture, but it was the police doing that on the video while he has his hands up and is trying to follow the directions to "come here" while his girlfriend tries to shield him from the numerous guns and tazers pointed at him. He never once made an aggressive move towards police from what I saw, only complied with their order hands up the entire time (except the first contact order to get on the f#cking ground) and didn't twitch when they went for her.

He was ordered onto the ground tons of times and he did step out aggressively yelling back at the police. I would say he was being provoked for the aggression part, but he definitely didn't get on the ground.

I think he'll still get a payout though. I doubt the person who called will have enough money that they'll get anything useful from them. But the dog did not release as it was supposed to and caused a lot more damage than the officers likely intended. In this case the dog was a tool that malfunctioned and the responsibility for the tools the police use lays on their shoulders.
