I'm not sure what his problem is but, if it was a choice of not "not giving a shit" or gunning down innocent people on the street, I commend his chosen action.

Since when does the post office deliver on Sunday? In my area, they want to cancel Saturday deliveries.
I hope this guy is fired by now with no pension. There's no legitimate excuse for such insane dereliction of his duties.
I also hope Amazon takes note and limits it's use of USPS.
