Judging by the garb, some middle-eastern country. The green logo at the top left hints at that too, although that's pretty tenuous.

So, I'm thinking, "Why the heck doesn't he get out of that flaming deathtrap?"
Then he gets out and I realize, "Oh, he was holding the brake."
Kudos to him for sticking with it as long as he did.
