Time lapse of flood waters rising in Houston

A timelapse video from Exavier Blanchard captured the impact of flooding that has swept through Houston, Texas, since former Hurricane Harvey made landfall on August 25.The video shows floodwaters rising to completely submerge some cars in the parking lot of a Greater Greenspoint apartment block.

I like the pickup that comes in at 1:20 like, sup yo. Then proceeds to get flooded.
