You know.. I was on the fence about the 'promote' feature.
I've made up my mind. I missed this video the first time around, and now I'm grateful that DFT promoted it.

The documentary really helps to pound it into our heads that the shit that has been going down over the last eight years is nothing new or aberrant. The American government was founded on the premise that people would try to exploit it. If they succeed, it is not just the crooks that need rooting out, but the system that needs revision. The American system of government has some serious and consistently exploited flaws that need to be fixed.

Every CIA agent involved in that operation against Mossadeq ought to be in jail.
The USA should officially apologize for that operation immediately.

That operation was horrible for everyone involved, in the long run, including the USA.
