I dont think it is sewage. i think its just a water flow. im not quite sure why it is spuradic maby its from a dam that is leting water go on an utimated system so it dosent overflow

LOL - it is a storm sewer, people. It is only filled with runoff water, not raw sewage. Just FYI.

Actually, some poorly designed municipal water systems have storm sewers that overflow into the sanitary system. This results in too much load for the processing plants and the raw sewage water gets dumped into a nearby lake/river. Big storm == turds on the beach.

I'm from the nineties and I want to rewind time, back to when people actually watched TV. We haven't got any money though, because nobody watches TV, and we can't afford researchers or talented directors, so we are just basically trying to find stuff on forums that's already popular and cheap. We hope people will watch it on TV, with advertising, nine months after they can get it for free on the the intarwebs. Trouble is, we need a higher resolution copy, and we need to get a clue.
