SF Police VS Autonomous Taxi

San Francisco police embarrassed themselves when, instead of recalling their training and calling the company, they pulled over an autonomous taxi for not having its lights on. Three officers try to figure out what to do when there’s no driver to confront (they are trained to call the company and give the car #) and are humiliated when it waits patiently for them then drives away when it’s path is clear. (The company has since released a statement saying it was moving to a safe spot to stop, which before an intersection is not….but just try that as a human).
