3) Taking pictures of cars that almost killed you
4) Helping drivers of cars that almost killed you

It is not his job to help.
The driver is a professional risk taker. The photographer is a professional photo taker. He is obviously a very good photographer... right up to the point where he stops doing his job to go and needlessly help some guy out of a car.
I repeat: this wasn't an accident, this was all part of the job for all concerned. Please people, you love the photos, so let the photographers do their job.
