Pat Robertson on the 700 Club said that a Christian's job is to let the Muslims and gays kill one another. "The left is having a dilemma of major proportions and I think for those of us who disagree with some of their policies, the best thing to do is to sit on the sidelines and let them kill themselves."

Apparently this is they way modern right wing Christians think that Christ would show his love to the Muslims and gays... The Jesus who spent his whole ministry hanging out with sinners and tax collectors and bashing those who went around acting religious and boasting how holy they were.

He goes to talk about how some Muslim nations homosexuality is a crime punishable up to death... ignoring some Christian nations also have it punishable by death, thanks in large part to American based Christian missionary organizations. Not to mention here in the US there have been attempts by Christians to criminalize homosexuality, perhaps not to death, but to criminalize it, at the very least deny them equal rights under the law as if they aren't humans deserving of Christ's love.
