Duh. When I read the description I actually thought "How do you shoot a microwave" I was thinking have they come up with some technique to actually photograph microwaves propagating through space.

Anyway this is how they come up with stories for the show "One thousand ways to die"

They probably were shooting at some tannerite on or in the microwave-I'd guess that's the door of the thing that went sailing..Always wear a safety helmet or shoot from behind an enclosure or something....geez!
