Overall….a solid B.
If there was anything but obstruction from Republicans in congress, it would likely be an A. Governing with zero compromise and no cooperation from Republicans, even on things Republicans want, makes it impossible for Democrats to make any progress quite often.

Trump got a low F on honesty and overall….his failure cost over 500000 American lives that need not have been lost, trillions of dollars, and the respect of the rest of the world. Can I give him an F-? F seems way too generous.
