I can't, because comedy central is blocked in Canada. However, there is a backup to that video, that is the exact same as the one posted above... Is the Comedy Central embed really that different than this to not be considered a dupe?

The backup embed was me duping myself in error. They aren't the same vid.

This one has all the parade stuff, the other one has what the kid looked like.
