I don't think it's fair to ban this new user without giving him a chance to explain because 1) in his short time here he's submitted a few videos (that don't seem to be self-links) and 2) the evidence is far from conclusive.

Would you like to weigh in here @skystrom? Did you submit the video to YouTube before posting it here? If not, how is it that you came to submit it so quickly after it landed on YouTube?
