While the video is certainly very disturbing, I would say that the word "worshipping" here is a bit alarmist. This is standard fundamentalist Christian indoctrination (albeit with a cardboard cutout) wherein children are encouraged to pray for the leaders with whom their church agrees (and, conversely, encouraged to pray against the leaders with whom their church does not agree). I see nothing to indicate worship, though.
