Best Halo 2 double kill ever
I am left wondering, however, why the player on the bottom right did not simply take three steps to the right instead of walking STRAIGHT INTO THE PATH OF THE GHOST OF DOOM! Then I listen to their girlish laughter and I realize...that's because he played in traffic as a child.
Modest Mouse - Float On
Am I the only one who can't stand this song? Every time I have heard Modest Mouse sing this song (live or canned), I've wanted to gouge my eardrums out. The music isn't horrible, but the singer's VOICE! Gods grant that he be stricken with laryngitis!
"You need a Holy Ghost Enema"
What's sad is that this lady is, in all likelihood, completely sober. In my Christian days, I attended a church that took great inspiration from Benny Hinn and similar morons, and thinks like this (well, perhaps a bit less scatological) were said at just about every single meeting. If only drugs COULD explain the behavior of fundamentalist Christianity...things would be so much simpler, then.
Bill Bailey - Pub Gag
Woo-hoo! Huzzah for Middle English!
Steve Vai - I Know You're Here
My last submission wasn't quite up to snuff (honestly, I wasn't happy with the video quality, so I'm not too disappointed), but there is no denying that Steve Vai is the supreme god of guitar. Especially when he breaks out the triple-neck. Sure, Michael Angelo Batio plays faster, but Vai writes such beautiful music, in addition to playing with such amazing skill (and he sings surprisingly well, too).
Evan Almighty - Trailer
Bruce Almighty was good for half a laugh, but this just seems ridiculous. Are there really so few good ideas floating around that we have to make a sequel to a B-rate Jim Carey movie and NOT EVEN HEADLINE IT WITH JIM CAREY?
Ninja Assessment: Defender of Homework
Cheesy as all hell, but big upvote for serving as a PSA against plagiarism. Now, if only we had real plagiarism ninjas.
Yatta!! Live!!!! (Subbed)
Yay! Upvote for weird japanese men dancing around in green-leaf diapers.
Why do they make me think of The Wiggles? And why do I feel like they may well be the Japanese equivalent of The Wiggles? Next, we need some Hard Gay clips, just to round out the bizarre half-or-more-naked Japanese men category.
The Darkness - I Believe In A Thing Called Love
I'll not downvote, as it's not a terrible song (and I like the harmonized guitar break at the beginning), but this video is very disturbing, and the lead singer's desire to sing constantly in a falsetto is just grating. There are much better hair metal bands from the 80s.
I must say I agree with farhad...very overrated band
Great Load Times in Sonic for the Xbox 360
Horrible design, absolutely horrible, but that doesn't surprise me. The Sonic series has been steadily getting worse ever since it made the move to 3D. Blech!
Wii Sex
Oh so very wrong, and oh such horrible abuse for the poor second Wiimote and Guitar Hero controller, but oh so very funny.
That's My Bush Opener - Trey Parker, Matt Stone
Upvote for presidential criticism. I never get tired of making fun of this man.
Eric Sardinas - "Electric Slide" Blues/Rock Fusion
This video does not do Eric Sardinas justice, as it's one of the tamer live clips I've seen of him, but he is an amazingly talented Blues Dobro player who frequently tours with Steve Vai, and he puts on one hell of a live show.
Red Volkaert and Cindy Cashdollar - Sweet Twang
It even sounds a bit jazzy, I think (of course, Blues is an early form of Jazz, so that's a no-brainer). Puts me in mind of Dire Straits, with a touch of the Kill Bill soundtrack. Upvote for awesome guitars.
Shark! Super-8mm Jaws tribute made by 12 year olds (1978)
So incredibly cheesy, but I'm quite impressed that a group of 12-year-olds pulled this off. I'd like to see what the creators are doing now!
