Jerry Gretzinger's Endless Map, A Game of Art

What started as a doodle of coloured rectangles in 1963 became a complexly evolving world, an imaginary world sprawling a map made of thousands of square sheets of paper (spanning more than 1600 sq. ft.) that are worked and reworked according to a set of rules invented by the artist.
