Having been behind the scenes, I believe movie actors really do work. Sets usually feel like a construction site. Anyone who thinks actors don't work have never seen it happen. Coming out the other side of creating movies still being able to feel "OMG! DID YOU SEE WHO THAT WAS?" isn't hard to do. It's when they get in front of large groups that some start getting full of themselves, like musicians.
