My friend has the whole video. It's an instructional video from the 70s about dealing with the budding sexuality of your mentally retarded child.
I wish I were making that up, but I'm not. It's worse than this, actually. They used real mentally retarded kids for a lot of the scenes, and I couldn't watch the rest of it.
Retarded or not, I think I'd be less traumatized if she just left the room without speaking.
