Yeah you can pretty much tell by looking at it.

While they did a good job, you can definitely tell they aren't they're actual voices there.

Funny though

Though the voices are kinda lame it does strip Family Guy of its only talent, pop culture references. Though South Park already did that but the formula is getting really old and slightly annoying. I know im alone on this since saying Family Guy is not all its cracked up to be is like saying Halo is not the greatest game of all time, impossible without getting hatred and downvotes

I think Family Guy is hilarious, but certainly not my favorite animated show. Simpsons, Futurama and South Park are all superior shows, and Family Guy and American Dad are battling for fourth spot. Some episodes are great in all of them, but some are mere mediocre.

Still, this doesn't detract frm FG's "funny", because it still beats the living crap out of basically every single live-action comedy series or sitcom.

Family Guy makes me laugh. am I a dolt because of it? no, I'm a dolt for many other reasons. I don't need to be intellectually stimulated for every moment of the day. As long as I CAN'T SEE IT COMING *ahem* "Friends" *ahem* I'll be fine with stupid humor.

Um, I'll say it. Halo is not the greatest game of all time. I finally got around to playing Halo 1 a couple weeks ago, and I will say that as far as FPS games go, Halo sucks balls. It's nothing but endless identical corridors and lame very run of the mill game play. - Which begs the question: How the fuck did it get so popular?

I'm assuming you played it on PC where it was nothing too special. It was the first FPS console game that wasn't a bitch to play, showed off the XBox's graphical power (Although PC has always suprassed what consoles can do) and had a decent storyline to boot. I've never owned a console so I didn't share in the experience. Basically we PC gamers are used to awesome FPS games, where the console gamers were always starved of something halfway decent.

I agree with karaidl, it was one of the first console FPS that was easily accessible to the general public (meaning non/new gamers). Many Xbox owners who swear Halo kicks major ass I would assume arent big PC fans. Hell many of the ones ive talked to vaguely know what Half Life is. So yeah if you've never played FPS that much I can see why Halo may seem better than just run of the mill, mediocre, average.

TickleMyElmo hit the nail on the head - to misquote South Park, "Family Guy did it". This is a rehash of a family guy joke which adds absolutely nothing, ironic that people who hate FG for being a Simpsons rip off are probably lapping this up. At least FG, for all it's many similarities, does have it's own take on things and ends up being a very different show despite the skin deep similarities.

So unfunny, it's pointless.

(Also, FG is still funny without the flashbacks, so there.)

The Simpsons are heading on 20 years, and just now starting to lose their comedic value. (thats right I said it. They need to stop. Its just after that long you run out of ideas. Believe me I love the show. And thats why I want them to end sooner than later.) Anyways, Family guy is on its what? 6th year? I love this show as well, but they need to get some better writers. Watching Stewie sit there for 3 minutes with different variations of the word "mother" would have been fine if it was the first time they pushed the "comedy rule of three", but it just got old.

Also the rants they are doing now, which seem to be occurring more and more frequently (i.e. Stewie talking to Brian about his book, stutter starting his words) yeah. Not funny. Family guy is fast losing it, and that would be a shame. It seems like they just have a lot of time fillers now.

But I'm sure Family Guy will do great just like a lot of other fine Fox shows such as the Tick, Titus, Bernie Mac, that 80's Show, Stick, Swan, Head Cases,Arrested Development, Reunion, Ally McBeal, Undeclared, Greg the Bunny, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, Cedric The Entertainer, Keen Eddie, Luis, Skin, Banzai, Wanda at Large, Boston Public, and A Minute With Stan Hooper, and theres a whole lot more! See? Fox has a reputation for producing nothing but long running winners!

Did anyone say *parody? I just did.

Simpsons could've ended on a high note, but it's on Fox, and we know that it'll stay there until it becomes unprofitable.
