It amazes me that someone takes the time to say such mean things and send them in. Not so much, really. If she was paying attention to details the flowers wouldn't look like they're growing out of her skull and the focus of the shot wouldn't be on her nose.

The camera should be around eye level even if the borders are in the exact same place. It's hard to tell, but that might be enough to put some space between her scalp and the picture, too.
