That whole warehouse setup would have Quality Assurance and Procedures staff spinning in their grave... er, if they were dead.

Not so much a forklifting accident as a terrible engineering lapse. Unless that driver floored the gas on the forklift, there's no way that entire shelf should have come down based on that tiny tap. Way too much load on those shelves, and way too narrow a driving lane for forklifted loads.

That's what happens when you build shelves out of (apparently) Pixie sticks. And what in the world was that warehouse putting on the shelves anyway? They are just white bags. What warehouse stores non-shaped 'bags' on shelves stacked 5 units high? Smells fake.

let this be a warning to you if you ever see one of these shelves collapsing even 20 feet from you!
