Can anyone tell me why those idiots keep jumping out of their moving cars. Do they want to die? Do they think they can stop the car with their feet, Flintstones style?

For that matter, can you tell me why those idiots drove- on their summer tires, I'm sure- in the first place? I hope their insurance companies jack their rates 1000%.

I may sound bitter, but really I'm grateful. For without these idiots, we wouldn't have funny videos to watch.

What in the unholy unbelievable never seen anything like it do these morons think they are going to do by getting out?? That is unreal. I live in Alaska and I've seen probably 20 good rear-enders like this first hand across the years, but I have NEVER seen anyone try and escape or stop the vehicle with their feet. These people need brain surgery.

I only wish there was more footage, funny all the same though.

I remember this from about 5 years ago or so. I believe it was in Maryland, and the clip i saw shows alot more wrecks than this on the hill. Snow tires with studs or not, black ice on a hill like this means your car will not stop. People just got caught before they could sand it.

This was in Colorado. I saw it on the news either the day it happened or the next day. And yes, the segment was longer.

Why doesn't someone go up the hill to warn these people instead of filming them?

That wouldn't make news, now would it? Still, how would you warn them?
