I dont know if it was better, but it certainly looked better.
I still hope they do another fighter out of it some time. Like it happened with the YF-16 and YF-17.

If I recall correctly, the YF-23 will eventually be developed into a stealth bomber.
As for the YF-23 compared to the F-22, the F-22 was definitely the superior craft. (There's a reason it was chosen over the YF-23.) Also, while the delta-wing concept does look cool and allows for better stability, it loses some of the maneuverability of the two-wing design.

I used to love the F-22. Now it's just sort of... Meh.

More video proof that the government is using military aircraft to spray mind control chemicals on the population. You can see the spray nozzle on the wingtips where all those mind control chemicals (TM) were coming out during the takeoff.

Oh yes, 10 years ago the F-22 was the coolest thing EVER. Today we know more about it's limitations and the limelight has shifted away. It is sad there will be no more made, and frankly the pentagon has been pretty anti-fighter since the 60's so I expected the program would be shut down at some point. Then again when was the last time a US military aircraft was in a dogfight?

Mind also this amazing aircraft was a child of the 80's. With all the technical advances we've had since then, imagine what is on the drawing board today!

Now THAT will take care of the Taliban terrorists once and for all. No, wait...

F-22 will probably go down as one of the worst wastes of military funding EVER!

Last I heard they still hadn't been approved for combat duty because they're so unreliable.
