I haven't been interested in Star Wars or Star Trek for years, but I would pay to see this sort of crazy alternate reality mashup if it were infused with the right degree of humour.

For such a beautifully rendered video, that explosion was shit. Should have overlayed the "enhanced" Death Star explosion from the Lucas "enhanced" Episode 4. Would please everyone.

seems like that should have blown up the earth as well.

Agreed about the explosion effect, however, I was impressed with the delayed sound effects from the destroyers lasers and impact.

I don't understand why the Enterprise was just sticking around the planet after their whale abduction.

Surely their sensors detected the power of the Death Star...

Um. The Tie Advanced does not have rotating wings.
