It's a bit hard to follow for the first minute, but it settles down and becomes easier to follow what is going after that.

I Upvoted but I'm not sure why. I guess I just felt bad for the guy, He just want's to be liked - who doesn't. I think he was just getting frustrated because he didn't understand why he couldn't just buy the girl something. He didn't sound like articulated speech was his strong point though so he couldn't get out what he meant. He also just needed to let go and move on but didn't understand.

Poor guy...

The reddit comments seem to point to him just being a troll... If so, bravo sir, a fine piece of acting!
