rougysays...When Errol Flynn was making some swashbuckling movie, Robin Hood, I think, the director ordered the plastic covers to be taken off of all the sword-tips because he wanted it to look "real."
Errol nearly lost an eye during the fight scene, so he climbed up the director's platfom, grabbed the guy by the throat and said "Is this real enough for you?"
Just a story, wanted to share.
antsays...Hahahaha! What music was that during the death scene? I recognize it, but can't remember it! Help!
LeadingZerosays...Ant:
The music during the death scene is from Hans Zimmer's soundtrack to The Thin Red Line. Specifically, it's the third track, Journey To The Line.
twiddlessays...Yeah it finally made it!
antsays...Leading0: Ah yes, I remember that soundtrack now. Thanks!
FishBulbsays...Instant classic. The subject matter, appropriate use of the "f" word and change a camera angles are all great.
