Yes, there's no doubt about their situation, but from what I've observed, "terrible" is more for "star wars xmas special" or "the room" type of terrible...

Channels are so broken (assigned according to how defined) and have been broken for years with no interest in fixing them. I really don't think it matters one way or another how they are used.

I expected a ten-minute video to be documentary style, not someone biking through a tent village....
