Sagemindsays...He's animated - But - He's correct! ...So to Recap: *quality
siftbotsays...Boosting this quality contribution up in the Hot Listing - declared quality by Sagemind.
dystopianfuturetodaysays...Standing Ovation!
blankfistsays...Haha. Nice. Vitriol keeps bipartisan movements going backwards. I'll just sit back and wait for the collapse.
quantumushroomsays...Get a haircut, hippie.
srdsays...Get hippie hair, cat.
spawnflaggersays...He's a younger blond version of Lewis Black. great stuff.
Xaielaosays...*Cheers
He is so very right. Faux News changes these polls not because they think they are right and the majority are wrong but to hide the truth from their viewers who are simply to unintelligent to know any better.
JAPRsays...Too unintelligent, or simply haven't ever truly thought before?
TheSofaKingsays...I agree with him, but I hate him... I hate all three of them. All this pointless yapping back and forth. Can't these pussies just fight to the death and then shut up? Think of the bandwidth that could be saved.
Psychologicsays...From what I've read both police and firefighters are exempt from Walker's proposal, but I don't see how the rest of it affects the budget.
Didn't the unions already agree to the compensation "concessions" Walker was asking for?
mfsteelesays...I see two things wrong with the title of this sift...
swedishfriendsays...Unions aren't bad they are absolutely vital for the survival of any free and fair society. It is no coincidence that the decline of unions has been happening at the same time that the economy has become more unstable. Also worth noting is that looking at actual historical trends you will see ample evidence that higher taxes on the wealthy produces stronger economies and as we have gotten rid of unions and allowing more money to be held by fewer individuals you have a much more volatile economy because bigger effects are caused by fewer people. Wisdom of crowds is real and proven countless number of times to hold up to scientific scrutiny. I would rather have 350 million people deciding how to spend say 1.3 trillion dollars rather than a handful of corporate CEO's or rich individuals.

tsarsfieldsays...The police and firefighters are also protesting because they realize that they will be next, the same thing is happening in Ohio but the Ohio proposal includes police and firefighters. The union has also agreed to the reductions in benefits and wages but Walker is still pushing for the collective bargaining part.
This is a naked give away to Walkers' friends in high places. Even if you don't agree with the union having collective bargaining, the "Repair Bill" allows the the Governor to sell state assets and services to whomever with impunity. It also allows the governor to give contracts for services without competing bids.
Fuck Walker, and I don't even live in WI.

spoco2says...I just don't see how anyone... ANYONE can be on the side of the conservatives in this debate.
It's EXACTLY as he says in regards to dipshits being in favour of ultra rich being taxed less at the expense of those just scraping by getting shafted.
And they do it even when it directly means they pay more tax.
And why?
Because these dipshits think that one day THEY TOO will earn huge dollars and when they do they don't want it being spent on the poor and destitute like they used to be.
Fucking self centred and moronic dicks.
His anger is justified in my book... rant away sir, rant away.
