Australian Newscaster asks Americans Which Country to Invade Next (language NSFW)

I think Australia should be next, we need to bring freedom to the Australian people, establish a political system with voting, and liberate the poor Australians from the cruel reign of Queen Elizabeth.

Might that be just a bit on the harsh side Marc2006? Maybe you'd like to reduce that to just say ... a decimating black plague that wipes out a 2/3 of the population.

And I think it might be just a wee-bit of an overstatement to say that most Canadians would like the US nuked off the planet. (for fallout reasons alone)

Americans are engineering weapons that wipe out Candadians but preserve their property. As I understand it, sometime in 2009 - 2011, all Americans will be given land grants on what is currently Canadian soil.

I'd love to know how many interviews they did to get those gems.

Also, how come he had the fake map with the correct country name in place of Australia? A guy says Iran and we see the world map with Australia labelled as Iran - handy! Was there a hundred thousand interviews and they showed the ones where the answer was stupid and the stupid answer happened to match the fake map? Or was there ten interviews, a script, and a $100 appearance fee each...

Ahgg, that was painful to watch: 1) I pride myself on knowing my geography well, pretty much because I got dressed down by a bunch of Canadians once for not knowing anything about Canadian geography, 2) Everyone knows our next move should be to try to set up a moon station (didn't you all know that they found oil there?)

(As an Australian living in North America) I dont think it was hard to find people who couldnt tell Australia from Iran. After a short conversation the other day, an American asked me where I was from and I told him Australia. He said "oh? do they speak english in Australia?" I was tempted to say to him "no, I leant it on the plane on the way over" but just nodded.
Im teasing, but geography outside of America SOMETIMES isnt a strong point.

KnivesOutsays...

Wow, people are self-involved and ignorant. It's such a shame that America is the only country in the world where self-involved and ignorant people live.

We should import more Australians I guess.
