I just wish a tech had cranked her up from 4 to 7 on that. Maybe the intricacies come out better when not being played on macbook speakers, but just too damn low for such a great solo.

Seconded! Then again, I feel the bass line is mixed in too low in practically every recording ever made... Did I mention I play bass (although nowhere near *that* well)?

Really good, but honestly, from the title -- I expected even better. Don't jump on me for it, either...it's much better than I could dream of doing, but it was just...boring to me.

Great work. She was really lost in the music and her solo flowed really well. Great stuff, and from an irritatingly young kid. Bravo girl, you rocked it.

It's really easy when the musical accompaniment is there to play a great solo. Even if it was all improvisation, or the accompaniment exists solely in your head.

Good show.

Pair that young girl bassist with Orianthi (a young girl guitar prodigy) and we could have the beginnings of the greatest "girl band" ever.
