"does it take a long time for the next page to load?"

What defines a 'long time' for a site full of videos? 3 seconds? 10? 15?

I don't really know about the standards used to determine if a site loads slow or fast independently of the user's connection, but when I see the sum of all the content each section in this site has (embeds of multiple hosts, comments, and votes constantly coming in, etc.) I think it is rarely slow.

Schopenhauer's texts dealing with suicide are particularly fascinating.
