I can't believe you all hate him so much. Why IS the UN wasting time on this? MaxWilder, its not disrupting the food chain, it is having no impact whatsoever. This is so beyond the scope of the UN its ridiculous. Try to look past the guy and hear the words, c'mon people.

great stories. very funny, and hard to imagine that era of intolerance. Mr Watts understood how ignorant it all was and could and would not lend legitimacy to it. It would be so nice if our leaders could conduct themselves this way.

I think we're moving too far from this idea. The power is overwhelmingly on the government's side- and btw the police are part of the Executive branch.

It seems to me kind of like 18 months ago Glenn Beck got stuck in traffic and built a show around it, and now he's making a show around not letting the government change our highway system. Really not as hypocritical as this clip might lead one to believe.

Its obvious anyone on TV every night can be made to look like a fool by isolating some pieces of their shows and playing them side by side. Jon Stewart (who I like a lot) is fortunate nobody really views him as someone who's opinion matters in any serious debate(yes, I know a huge percentage of people get their "news" from him) or he could see himself in a similar smear.

I think cops should be required to experience a taser before they can carry one. Then they might not view it as a remote control for people.
