Submissions should ensure the skill is being demonstrated in some way, in part or in their entirety. Skills can be dexterous, physical or even mental (depending on how externalised the thought processes are).

Do think twice before submitting music, sports and dance clips - these are mostly the domain of the Music, Sports and Dance channels. Those skills are more evenly distributed though I am not against the "best of the best" being submitted.

If you could ensure your submission meets these guidelines it should be ok to tag as Skillful. I'd recommend watching a few of the top submissions to get a feel for what's good.
