Yeah, after seeing the video, I don't feel like the cops were in the wrong at all. She almost ran over people and was a significant danger to the public. Any normal person would have stopped the car when being surrounded - they had a crazy person on their hands... Maybe they could have handled it better, perhaps, but fuck that - it's a high pressure situation and it's always easy to judge things with hindsight. Only the crazy person died. I'd say that's a win.
