I would guess the image stabilization here is done in the YouTube Video Editor. I wish more people would use image stabilization, even though the image gets really trippy at the higher settings.

2:50 - Four hour exposure? Seriously? Surely, ten minutes in the darkest of nights would overexpose any image unless you used a really narrow aperture (and possibly even then)?
