Actually, Microsoft's own packaging team commisioned the video. It was only supposed to be an internal thing, but was quickly put on YouTube. Microsoft doesn't seem to care that it's out there, though.

That's Mike Parsons riding a 66 foot wave 100 miles off the coast of San Diego. I believe it's also the largest wave that anyone has ever been recorded riding on.
