Yes and no, Same game, but updated parts. They confirmed they've switched the combat up, so it looks like it may play out more like XII or XIII style combat, and apparently the "basic" storyline will be the same, so there's a good chance Aeirith is still not coming back.

Also, they're breaking the game into "Episodes". Not like Telltale, where it'll be an hours worth of content, but more like each previous disc in the original will be closer to an "episode".
