What the hell was the point of that story? Yeah, if an armed person runs into a room and you have only a couple of seconds to assess the situation, take cover, draw your weapon, and fire, then you're probably going to fuck something up. And?

The problem with taking guns from people who want to keep their guns is that they have guns.

Since when is a firearm not a viable option to use against oppression? Not all firearm owners are fat lazy shits, but even if they are, they can still fight, especially if their life life depends on it. Take a look at the world. People are killed, imprisoned, and tortured by oppression every day. What country do you live in that you think that everyone in it will be permanently safe from that?

The reason that they feel like they have the right to express their opinion is because that right is protected by the Constitution. I wouldn't have it any other way.

What is it about this banner that makes you think that it isn't school sponsored? That they didn't pay for it? But they still display it on their property- property which the state pays for, and which the students are forced to attend. It doesn't matter that it can be ignored, or who paid for it. Its presence is a violation of the First Amendment.
