infinate loop in VS 3.0?
Since the upgrade I have had an infinite loop problem with a script (presumably javascript) which firefox eventually asks me to kill (almost)every time I load a video page. Does anybody else have this problem?
I have what may be an unusual configuration on my computer. I'm using Ubuntu 7.10. Due to the fact that flashplayer is unstable on Linux I us flashblock, which does not load flash embeds unless I click on them.
It is not practical to turn off flashblock, as firefox will crash ever half hour or so. I presume that some sort of race condition is created when the flash components don't load and the javascript gets confused, but I have not looked at the code to confirm this.
Can anybody suggest a fix, or point me in the right direction to look for the problem (I'll even write/submit a patch if it's desired).
