Would love some help with names
I'm looking for a nice, child-friendly name of a dodo-bird plushie. Something along the lines of "Mr. Beaker", since he's got a beak, or "Mr. Maury" since the dodos were from Mauritius. The Mr. part is not necessary of course, but would be great due to another plushie in our possession being named "Mr. Truffles". Hope we can be able to brainstorm something up. Thanks!

Perhaps these folks can help? Sorry, couldn't help it.
How about "Darwin"?
[edit] ooh wait. How about "Mr. Charlie"?
Mr. Furry or
Our Little Secret -- that's a great name for making awkward situations when people are over, "Go to your room, I'll be up shortly and we can have some fun with Our Little Secret".
how about Gigglepuss, Shnuggy Wiggles, or Bizzle Bottom
Good suggestions all! I'm not sure Darwin would make much sense to the little one, but she's got a friend named Carl so that might work. Won't even try naming the plushie Mr. Furry
Looking for a post-toddler name, so Gigglepuss might be hard for her to accept. Another suggestion was "Mr. Biggles" since she likes airplanes, or "Mr. Gonzo" from the muppet of the same name and similar appearance.
Darwin was the first thing to pop into my head, too.
Thought of it as Mr. Darwin at first, which sounded kind of wierd, but just Darwin the DoDo does sound kind of nice.
Sir Anton Reginald Blunderbuss
The Thursday Next book series has a living dodo named Pickwick. He waddles randomly in and out of various storylines making soft "plock plock" noises a lot. My vote's for Pickwick.
Dr. Huggaburd
("Dr." is way funnier than "Mr." for animal names)
Mr. Mister.
