Can you PM me or comment here the embed code that wasn't working? It's tough to know without seeing the actual code, but my wild first guess for such problems is always that maybe the specified width is too large.

Alrighty, here is the code to paste in from the vimeo embed command:

and then paste it in, and validate and this is what validator spits back out:



along with the : Embed code is valid and does not belong to another video

then hit the submit button and .... *Video Embed Code *Invalid Entry

as I said before I looked at one of the previously posted vimeo clips that have cleared the queue and edit the embed code to match and it went through.

So I'm thinking that Vimeo has changed their code, the sift's example embed page shows a different embed feature than the current one on vimeo.

Hmm. That's very strange. I'm having no trouble at all posting any of that code.

I'm really not sure what to do about figuring this out.

hmmmm... Oh well, I have no problem with editing the code, I don't post too much from there. I should try it on my PC and see if that is any different than the way the Mac is handling it.
