The Comedy Central Situation
This is for non-U.S sifters, unlike me.
Does Comedy Central work for you guys yet? For those who don't understand why I am wasting your screen space, the site used to accept embeds from Comedy Central until Viacom decided to go all xenophobic and make its videos only work for the U.S. So Comedy Central is no longer supported. However, some of the best videos on the Internet are found there, and I think that most sifters would like to have Comedy Central back.
So, does it work, consistently and reliably?

I have to admit, that it does work for me again here in Australia- but as I understand it - Canada is still blocked?

Then no- we won't be re-enabling Comedy Central - we'll stand in solidarity with our Canadian Sifters.
oxdottirLots of comedy central vids make it to youtube. Also, there are plenty of people who speak youtube in the sift. If there is a particular video you want from comedy central, I suspect there are people here who could put it on youtube for you (I'm not one of those people, but I've heard others speak of it, and if I really needed to learn, I bet I could).
I know this isn't optimal, but we aren't the ones who made the most less-than-optimal choice: to restrict serving of the videos from comedy central.
