Tags Issue
There seems to be an issue with the tag system not picking up all of the videos when doing a search. Over the last few weeks I've noticed videos being posted that I am certain I saw on here...but a search of tags never resulted in a hit.
Today, I searched using a tag, and a video that I know was on here (because I linked it in my LJ) didn't come up either.
It was for the brilliant BBC satire "Look Around You" and nothing came up when I put in the tags. I tried "bbc" and "look around you" but the video didn't come up.

If you put in any of the tags, the only one that grabs the video is "brain" even though there are other tags present.
Is this a glitch? Does the search feature use time as a parameter? This has happened on many videos, so I wanted to express the importance of trying different tags when starting to post a video.

All, better. There is a bug that we've been trying to squash wherein short search of three letters or less are not showing up. We will squash it.

James RoeIt seems to be that older videos with three letter tags are not showing up, and that their titles are not being searched either.
I found those two by searching for brain, and iron, which are both tags.
We are trying to track it down, we have a good deal of experience with pligg, but every once in a while we miss some file.
KrupoYeah, I was wondering when you would kill that 3 letter bug.
As for your little way to score the video, daphne, I'm not entirely surprised - I saw the blog and vid sections creeping towards each other lately and wondered if something weird was going on.
oohahhPlease search on title substrings, too. A search on "elephant" should match "Elephants Dream"; this movie, http://www.videosift.com/story.php?id=2773 , but it didn't. D'oh!
