I'm so guilty.

I've gone back through my sifts, and noticed a very common theme: ME

I think I've been sifting videos that say something about who I am, and what my views are. As you may know, almost all of my sifts are political in nature, and almost always represent my POV.

I think this is kinda crappy.

While there obviously are incredibly important things going on on this pale blue dot that I'd like others to see or hear or understand, but I think I'm also being selfish and not doing the sift any favors by airing my politics here.


Do other people feel they sift in a similar fashion, of making political or social statements with the videos they submit?

Has the sift been this historically bitchy and rude, or is this a relatively new thing, possibly fueled by events such as the US POTUS election and the Israel/Gaza conflict?
