oh, wait a second... it turned into a sushi meetup. my memories get all mixed up sometimes.

Ironically I just saw a recipe for jellied eels at work today in an official newsletter. Part of the diversity efforts include educating us about the obscure culture of... England. Kind of hilarious, if you think about it.

And the meet-up took place. And I'll eventually get around to digging out photos from said momentous occasion... Crap, I still have two memory sticks to unload!

Perhaps next time we'll do north England, or perhaps even Scotland?
