Lately we are getting spammed by self linked Indian and Vietnamese videos, which can be hard to identify as self links due to language barriers. I don't think we have a large Indian or Vietnamese audience here.
Should we impose an English only rule for videos to stop this....maybe just for probationary members?....or maybe just for brand new members?
